Lindeman Island kayaking

Activities on Lindeman Island include:

Golf
Golf is just one of the many things that you are able to play at Lindeman Island Club Med resort. A spectacular nine hole, par 36 course is yours to enjoy, and is considered by many visitors to be one of the better golf courses in all of the Whitsundays.

Play a game or two, practice perfecting your swing and get expert advice from the qualified instructors: no need to let your skills get rusty while you are away!

All equipment (except golf balls) and instruction are provided at no charge as part of your Club Med package. Private lessons can also be arranged for an additional fee.

Walks
What better way to appreciate the beauty of this magnificent island than to see the flora and fauna up close from the many walking tracks. See Butterfly Valley, or take a path to one of the secluded beaches. A wonderful way to spend a few hours, or a whole day for nature-lovers. And why not take a picnic with you?

Swimming
Aside from enjoying the clear blue waters of Lindeman Island, Club Med also provides swimming pools for it’s guests, including a pool especially for children. So enjoy a cool, refreshing swim then relax in a lounger poolside.

Exercise
As well as having access to a very well equipped gym, guests of Club Med are also able to enjoy a great selection of sports including tennis, basketball, volleyball & beach volleyball, football (soccer), archery and water polo.

Again, most of these activities are available at no extra charge as part of your Lindeman Island Club Med package.

Scuba Diving
When you consider the beautiful blue sea, amazing coral reefs and fascinating marine life it’s no wonder that scuba diving is such a popular activity on Lindeman Island.

Be sure not to miss this incredible experience! Every day there are diving trips organized to visit top diving spots such as Hardy Reef and Hook Reef.

Snorkeling is also a popular activity in the waters around Lindeman Island, and is highly recommended.

Sailing
Sailing is also very popular, why not take to the waters of the Whitsunday Islands and explore the surrounding sights? Top quality catamarans are available for your enjoyment. Kayaking is also possible at Lindeman Island Club Med. Subject to tides and weather conditions.

Activities for Children
Another reason Club Med is so popular with families is the fantastic Children’s Clubs they provide. With the Mini Club Med for the four to ten year olds, and the Juniors’ Club Med catering to those aged 11 to 17, both offer a great selection of fun activities that will keep your kids entertained and give parents some welcome time for themselves. The Pyjama Club provides parents with a worry-free babysitting service.

For a small extra charge, parents can take advantage of the Petit Club which is for children aged from to up to four.
